    the cards, it is divided into four categories: Olympic (1.5 km swim, 40 km cycle, 10 km run), Half Iron (1.9 km swim, 90 km cycle, 21 km run), 3/4 Iron (2.9 km swim, 135 km cycle, 31 km run) and the Full Iron
