    Apparao Galleries is organising a series of lectures in Thanjavur and Khajuraho. The former will be spearheaded by well-known author and historian Dr Chitra Madhavan, and will discuss the temples of South India (March 3-6, Svatma Hotel). The Khajuraho series (March 17-21, Taj Chandela) will be helmed by art historian and critic Dr Ashrafi Bhagat and will look at the temples of North India.     Lace up. The Wipro Chennai Marathon 2016 is finally here. Jointly organised by The Chennai Runners and Wipro, it has three categories. While the full run and the half run start from Rajiv Gandhi Salai (till the CPT – IP Grounds in Taramani) at 4 am and 4.30 am respectively, the 10 K run starts at Napier Bridge, at 7 am. Proceeds from the run will go to United Way of Chennai, an organisation that supports community service.
