    To commemorate the first death anniversary of legendary cartoonist RK Laxman (January 26), the Indian Institute of Cartoonists in collaboration with Koravanji-Aparanji Trust is organising Start-Up RK Laxman, an exhibition of cartoons by the legend for Koravanji in 1940s.     One of the biggest theatre festivals in India is back, and this year it will be hosted across three venues. The festival opens at Ranga Shankara today with Theatre Laba��s play Twice Around the Park. The original plays are directed by renowned directors such as Bimal Desai and Prakash Belawadi.
