The action-packed weekend traversed from an art and culture show to a lit fest and Lohri seamlessly.

The celebratory spirits in the city continued to linger on, creating ripples of laughter and sweet memories. The Shroffs’ annual do at the Sun Downer pub brought in many friends under the same roof in the early part of the year.

The place was filled with lots of stories about the latest happenings in the city! The theme done up by Pavani Nadella brought in a perfect blend of simplicity and elegance. Shivani, in a comfortable blue attire with printed flowers, played the perfect host. Rummy Azad looked gorgeous. With an orange neck piece teamed up with color-coordinated shoes, she did stand out.

The Lohri celebrations at Westin brought in the bright and colourful folks in the city. Sashi opted for a lovely red. The brightness of her colour complemented her energy levels.Ravindranath in a well-designed kurta with a touch of gold and his trademark smile, was spotted mingling with different guests.

In her black and dark blue dress, Ananya looked like the amalgamation of best of east and West. Sameer with Inder established the fact that men too love to invest their time in choosing the perfect outfit for the perfect occasion.

The week went by also stirred up intellectual debates and appreciation of art and music by the patrons of the Hyderabad Literary Fest which attracted the young and the old with the same fervour.

The city had a double delight in the form of the Krishnakriti 2016 art and culture festival the same week as the Hyderabad Lit Fest. Neel Mukherjee’s guitar fusion concert with an Indian touch received applause. Happy Bhogi and Makara Sankranthi. Here’s wishing you all to soar new highs like the kites in the sky.
