The menu focuses on claypots in different variations that include king prawns and white fungus; fish, broccoli and Shaoxing rice wine; roasted chicken breast and shitake mushrooms; Singaporean style black pepper lamb slice; soy glazed roast pork and red onion; fried bean curd with black fungus; asparagus, water chestnuts and spring onion, and more.
