Taj to host a formal dinner extravaganza
To welcome summer, Taj Krishna is hosting a specially crafted five course scrumptious sit-down European dinner with exquisite wines at Garden Room for food aficionados only on March 22. The guests will sample paired wines as well.
It will start with select hors d‘oeuvres at the Pool Deck. The featured items will range from Caviar and Alpha Plum Relish, Pecan Nut and Chicken Liver Pate, Arugula, Parmesan and Thyme Biscotti, Mild Cheddar and Red Onion Jam, Valencia Orange Gelee, and Roma Tomato Confit.
The main course will be an elaborate affair consisting of five courses which will have Brie and Sundried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breast Brie Citrus Quinoa, Arrow Leaf spinach and forest mushroom timbale, Goat cheese and pecan nut Agnolotti, Zucchini Fettuccine Agli Olio, Mozzarella in Carrozza, Red Wine Poached Pears, Asparagus and Italian Basil pesto, Gremolata Crusted Lamb Chops,Asparagus & Leek Flan and Sicilian Caponata, Roman Artichoke and Wild Mustard Cress.
