Panache and couture at Style Extravaganza

STYLE Extravaganza by The New Indian Express promises to be an exciting, glitzy affair this evening with the city’s movers and shakers expected to grace the occasion at the ITC Gardenia. With events like a national education conference in Chennai, a literature festival in Bhubaneswar, an inter-collegiate football tournament in Kerala and a bankers awards ceremony in New Delhi in the past, The New Indian Express ventures into the world of luxury and high-fashion for the first time in Bangalore with Style Extravaganza.

The highlight of the evening will be a glamourous fashion show by Manish Malhotra, accessorised with dazzling pieces from PC Jewellers. The two big names coming together on one platform promises to make for an engaging evening. “PCJ as a brand is ever evolving and very promising. As a label, I am looking forward to our  association with The New Indian Express and PCJ,” Malhotra says.

His specially curated collection for the evening will feature his Indian summer range, bridal wear and some of his signature pieces showcasing the trends of 2014. PCJ will dazzle you with a combination of Polki and designer jewellery for a melange of tradition, style and sheer sophistication.

“Our handcrafted designs will lend a royal touch to the ensembles,” says Balram Garg, managing director of PC Jewellers, adding, “PCJ has established itself as a niche wedding jewellery brand. We are known for our collections that are very elaborate, uber trendy and finely detailed. So this association with Manish, known for his elegant bridal wear, was very appropriate and the fusion on stage promises to be absolutely spectacular.”
