    A slew of restaurants in the city is opening its eyes to the health benefits of ancient grains

    Quinoa, spelt, amaranth, jowar and farro — these are just a few of the ancient grains that have made their way onto cafe menus across the globe. With people increasingly moving towards healthy choices when it comes to food, unaltered grains that have been around for centuries, are a great alternative to more popular options, such as corn, rice and wheat. Here’s how you can enjoy them in your salad.
