    Novotel-Ibis hotel
    Ibis and Novotel (of AccorHotels) are tying up to launch a conjoined property down the stretch later this year. “Having a dual-branded property is certainly a promising way to increase revenue from essentially one building while seeing savings from the potential efficiencies — example, a shared General Manager, kitchen, front desk or any other staffing or service that doesn’t require duplication,” shares Jean-Michel Cassè, the senior vice president for AccorHotels India.     Hotel Formule 1
    Again an Accor brand, the Formule 1 is already set up in cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and is gearing up to launch in the city later this year — though the signage is up and grabbing eyeballs already —  they have plans of putting up about 149 rooms. “We offer a young fresh self-service hotel concept coupled with ‘rest assured’ experience — the guarantee of consistent quality across all its hotels in India. It promises features like free Wi-Fi, sound proof rooms, a refreshing breakfast, 24/7 safety and security,” says Cassè.
