Tired of those elaborate dinners and sumptuous lunches? Well, ITC Kakatiya begins its ‘Stacks & Wraps’ along with a whole new variety of ice cold beers from today. It’s an offering that covers the fusion of Chinese, Continental, American and Indian variants of stacks and wraps prepared with a blend of exotic and home-grown vegetables and other ingredients. The fest will be on till June 26.
You can choose from a range starting from Steamed Bao with Crispy Asian Chicken, Pulled Lamb Burger, Shikampur Roomali Roll, Refried Bean and Jalapeno Burrito, Steamed Bao with Shitake and Tofu. We liked Shikampur roll that also had dahi pudina chutney atop the meat and wrapped in roti. Says junior sous chef Vishal Baliga, “We are experimenting with a whole range of breads. For the Pulled Lamb Burger, I prepared the bun with rye flour and sunflower seeds. You see it’s a healthy option as well.” Price: Rs 600++ taxes for the veg, `700++ taxes for the non-veg.
