Director: Vikramjit Singh
Cast: Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandes, Ranbir Kapoor
Kabir Grewal (Rampal) is a filmmaker infatuated with Ayesha Aamir (Fernandes), an indie filmmaker from London. Also on the scene is sophisticated art thief, Roy (Kapoor) who is smitten with Ayesha. Grewal, completely drawn to Ayesha, casts her lookalike as his lead actress. The film is meant to be a look into how reel life blurs into real life and vice versa. Poor performances and wrongly cast characters, apart from a weak plot, make this one a huge miss.
Director: Christian Ditter | Cast: Lily Collins, Sam Claflin
Two inseparable young friends are forced to part ways when the girl Rosie, falls pregnant, and Alex goes to America to follow his dream, unknowing of her plight. Clearly in love, they are, however, unaware of their own emotions until they are constantly drawn back together. Throw in some flights up and down the Atlantic, long Skype talks and temporary relationships and you have yourself a feel-good film.
Watch for the love of romance. —Team Indulge
Director: Andy Wachowski
Cast: Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis, Eddie Redmayne
While her birth stars predicted an incredible future, Jupiter’s (Kunis) daily reality is cleaning toilets for a living. But then, a genetically engineered ex-military hunter comes to find her to inform her that she was planted on earth as the heir of alien royalty, and that the time has come for her to reclaim her inheritance. Great visuals make this IMAX worthy. But weak on the plot and acting, unfortunately.
