Baahubali:
The Beginning
Director: SS Rajamouli
Cast: Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty
As India’s fastest `100 crore film, you don’t need an excuse to check this one out. The plot sees two brothers, Shivudu (Prabhas) who is raised as a commoner and Bhallala Deva (Daggubati) born into royalty, at war for an ancient kingdom. Stunning visuals and sleek special effects add to the glamour of the fast-paced adventure. While the acting isn’t poor, it doesn’t match the calibre of the effects. But you’ll certainly be eagerly awaiting the sequel.      — Team Indulge

Minions
Director: Pierre Coffin, Kyle Balda | Cast: Sandra Bullock, Allison Janney
Starting at the beginning of time, Minions tells the tale of the yellow organisms who served a series of despicable masters through the ages. But when they are left without a boss, they go into depression. However, Kevin teams up with Stuart and Bob to find a new evil master, resulting in them embarking on an adventurous journey that takes them from Antarctica to New York City and London. Absurdly funny, this one will sure be a hit with the kids.— TI

Bajrangi Bhaijaan
Director: Kabir Khan
Cast: Salman Khan, Harshaali Malhotra, Kareena Kapoor
This is a simple tale of how speech-impaired Shahida (Malhotra) gets lost in India and Bajrangi (Khan), takes it upon himself to return her to her family in Pakistan. Throw in Rasika (Kapoor) who slowly falls in love with Bajrangi, and you have a story which is far cry from the Bhai’s other films. In fact, Nawazuddin Siddiqui over-shadows Khan, in his role as a reporter. — TI
