The Huntsman: Winter’s War
Director: Cedric Nicholas-Troyan
Cast: Charlize Theron, Emily Blunt, Chris Hemsworth, Jessica Chastain
Being a prequel to Snow White and the Huntsman, Charlize Theron reprises the role of the evil queen Ravenna, and Liam Hemsworth is seen as the Huntsman. Emily Blunt takes the role of Ravenna’s royal sister Freya. The movie starts off as a prequel and jumps to being a sequel with most of the narrative being liftedfrom Disney’s Frozen. Hemsworth and Chastain, Freya’s best soldiers, provide the romantic angle in the narrative. While Frozen’s Let it Go isnot sung in the movie, it is advisable to let this movie go.— Team Indulge

Vetrivel
Director: Vasanthamani
Cast: Sashikumar, Nikhila, Miyan
It’s about a simple guy who, while helping his younger brother sort out his love life, gets into serious trouble. The plot’s innumerable characters, subplots, twists and turns have been woven in seamlessly. It may fall short in form and style, but makes up to a large extent through its content. The role suits Sashikumar like a glove. The women characters are bold and sensible and well played. It’s a wholesome, fairly engaging family entertainer.—Malini Mannath
