The hotel hosted The Clash of The Italians, which saw three of its Italian chefs — Maroune Rahali, Crisitan Cabrera and Roberto Zorzoli — compete for top honours. The delectable spread right from the scallop salad to the decadent tiramisu, had guests unwinding on a weekday evening while sipping on fine wines. At the end of the meal, chef Rahali was adjudged the winner.

They were attending the third edition of ‘Drop The Needle — Vinyl Enthusiasts’ meetup, hosted by Prashanth Pallemoni, a record collector and a DJ. Later, The Revolver Club, an audio production company, showcased its collection.
Entreprenuer John Anthony threw a party as a pre-cursor to the upcoming Latin dance fest, India International Dance Congress. Salsa dancers from the city, a bunch of seniors and beginners, turned up looking their best, with ladies sporting smart heels. They moved to the peppy Latin tunes, played by Anthony on the console, switching from salsa and bachata to kizomba.
