Novel toppings give you a flavourful experience at Spaghetti Kitchen’s pizza extravaganza
Known for its delicious Italian fare, Spaghetti Kitchen’s ongoing, Pizza Di Firma menu is a must-try for lovers of thin crust offerings. The chefs at the eatery certainly seem to have transformed their toques into thinking caps, with an interesting combination of toppings that are bound to delight your taste buds.
With an ample selection of pizzas – three new vegetarian recipes and three new non-vegetarian ones, there’s something for every palate. The Pizza Zuccette with grilled Zucchini ribbons and mushroom ragout is a delicately flavoured treat that we couldn’t get enough of. Lovers of spicy combinations can try the Hot Wings-Inspired Pizza, which, though it isn’t creatively named, is still a creative recipe with Buffalo-style spicy chicken, celery, gorgonzola, pepper and a surprisingly delicious twist of lime.
Other combinations include the Pizza Con Patate with roasted sliced potatoes, slow cooked onion, thyme and pepper corn, and the Pizza Rughetta with rocket leaves, parmesan and crispy chorizo. The pizzas all live up to the signature thin, fresh and crispy crusts that the eatery is well-known for, making every bite a culinary joy.
If you’re a regular, and don’t feel like being particularly adventurous, their routine menu is still on. But a word of advice — don’t leave without dessert — while their Warm Chocolate Bombe will appeal to chocolate lovers, their Crema Alla Caramella is a coconut-caramel experiment that is simply heavenly. Rs.1,000 for two approximately. Until November 30. At Koramangala. Details: 49653046
