Inspired by the actual unsolved murders in a small Texan town, this thriller follows homicide detective Mike Souder (Sam Worthington) and his partner, a transferred New York cop, Brian Heigh (Jeffery Dean Morgan). Together they track a vicious killer who dumps his female victims’ mutilated bodies in a nearby marsh, dubbed ‘The Killing Fields’. When they get closer to identifying the killer, he retaliates by targeting and hunting down the detectives. When a local girl Ann Sliger (Chloe Grace Moretz) goes missing, the detectives find themselves racing against the clock to capture the murderer. The film was originally to be directed by Danny Boyle before Ami Canaan Mann was roped in.

Conman Raja (Emraan Hashmi) and his partner Raghav (Deepak Tijori) habitually trick people in Mumbai’s crowded trains and dancing bars. When Raja decides to marry a dancer, Zia (Humaima Malick), he persuades Raghav to steal a huge amount of money from a goon. Not aware that the money belongs to a gang’s king pin, Vardha (Kay Kay Menon), the theft results in the goons hunting them down and Raghav’s death. Determined to avenge his friend, Raja teams up with Yogi (Paresh Rawal), a seasoned crook. But will Yogi be able to stand up to Vardha? This is the third time Kunal Deshmukh has directed Hashmi—the first two films being Jannat and Tum Mile. They went on to work on Jannat 2 as well.
