Get in step with the newest high fashion shoe brand – Call It Spring
HIGH street label, Aldo’s, sister concern Call It Spring, enters the city, giving those with a shoe fetish much to cheer about. Located in Garuda Mall, the brand was founded by Aldo Bensadoun in 1991. It is currently present in 900 locations worldwide, with the store here being part of its expansion plans into the Southern hemisphere.
The brand spells youthfulness and charisma with bags, wallets and clutches too finding place on its racks. Easier on the wallet than Aldo, the products come in tasteful colours and embellishments, that are minimalistic yet stylish.

The store stocks a comprehensive collection of boots, shoes and sandals for both women and men, that combine creativity with functionality. Neatly separated into flats, wedges, high heels, mid heels, sneakers, platforms, occasion wear and boots that are calf length, knee length and ankle length, a true blue shoe lover will be spoilt for choice. Mainly made from pu, high quality imitation leather, suede also makes an occasional appearance, while pure leather shoes are few and far between. Amongst the collection of flats, a pair of suede ballerinas in deep midnight blue with a netted fabric detailing and a thin bow caught our eye, along with a pair of dull gold loafers in perforated pu. Their collection of boots definitely got our attention as well, especially a neutral brown knee length number, finished with gorgeous gold coloured buckles.
The collections are largely inspired by street trends from the world’s fashion capitals like Milan, Paris and New York with their designers working as much as a year in advance, keeping their fingers on the pulse of high fashion and striving to stay ahead of the game, by carrying out in-depth research and forecasting.
