Spice up your taste buds with an array of tasty kebabs, chaats and parathas

Tired of eating those stiff-collar corporate dinners? Want to have a taste of street food? Well, those craving for bits and bites from street sides need not sulk. Then Street Food Festival is the thing for you. They can head to HITEX for a tangy treat for their food expeditions. Masala Kart offers more than 100 different varieties of street food items. The restaurant will set up 120 food stalls that offer hot food platters ranging from Delhi’s famous Parathe Wali Gali to Lucknow’s Tunde Ke Kebab.  Relish the flaky soft parathas with Tawa Kebab, Seekh Kebab and Chaapli Kebab. The fest does not just give you a taste of North India but also takes you to East India. You get to savour Calcutta’s tangy crunchy Pani Puri filled with tamarind water, boiled mashed potatoes and Bengal gram mixture. No street food can be ever complete without  chaats  so there will be  hot spicy samosa chaat too. There will be separate kitchens for the vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
