New Year parties blended in seamlessly with the melodious musical Sufi evening across the party weekend
New year’s eve celebration is when the old and young want to let their hair down and wear their dancing shoes. Keeping in line with its ‘celebrate every moment’ philosophy, the City of Nizams partied till wee hours! Most opted for the Sufi evening at the Taj Falaknuma Palace before heading to the other parties.
Black seemed to be the theme across the city to welcome 2016 and was quite apt since that’s the colour we all love, when in 20’s and 16’s. Socialites Sarita & Kishan summed up the hotness and coolness in their relationship flaunting their co-ordinated black outfits. Ramesh & Maya looked picture perfect at a private party with their friends.
The Secunderabad Club was obviously the place to party if you have to welcome the new year in style. Shades of red and gold worn by the ladies brought in the spark on a pleasantly cold evening. Deblina in her shimmery top with an eye-catching neckpiece seemed to scream: “Bring it On!”
Mansi and Harsh were elegance personified at the Taj Krishna Ballroom on the New Year’s Eve. The place buzzed with toasting and the energy of the younger partygoers. It was a true delight to watch everyone display outfits that seemed to give a sign of things to come in 2016.
All in all, a great year ended on a fabulous note and another began. Three cheers to 2016. Like they say, stay 20 and look 16!
