Accentuate, the new Swarovski store in Ispahani Center, comes in time for the festive season and promises to add some shine to your wardrobe and your living space. Divided into two parts, one side offers stones and crystals for some do-it-yourself action and the other has design samples. Interior designer Priyanka Lulla, and partner Tushar Agarwal, director of Accentuate have created an ‘experience center’ (with the store) where customers witness first hand the accentuation process. It is no surprise that their flagship store was launched in Chennai as the market has always been responsive to Swarovski products—leading sari houses across the city having long standing tie-ups with the brand. The clincher is that all of this is done at reasonable prices.
Do up your home
For your living space, Lulla and her team shares designs and sit with you during the conceptualisation. For the first time (in the country), this store offers a process where digital pictures can be converted into crystal portraits on any medium that can be mounted on walls to add aesthetic appeal.“We have decided to take the international brand and add a local touch to it by allowing people to crytalise their favourite Gods and Goddesses or even their puja rooms to bring our brand into the most sacred aspects of a household,” says Agarwal. Also take home Swarovski chandeliers and lighting that are priced from Rs 1,50,000 onwards.
One for fashion
The store also offers to design clothes and jewellery for you and this bespoke service is supervised by Lulla. You can also use it on your mobile pouches, fabrics, bathroom sets and even your gadgets. The jewellery made with pearls and crystals make for great gifts and the team is more than happy to put together hampers and gift baskets with exclusive wrapping. Only a month-old, the store has received great response with the team already having their hands full with upcoming projects.
