    This new Abistro provides Aa relaxed vibe, with cuisines from across the world

    Set in a busy neighbourhood in Kalyan Nagar, Sway a The Terrace Bistro is a great place to escape to, if youare looking for good food and a charming ambience. The space has a warm and cozy vibe with a red brick wall on one side, stone benches, quirky light fixtures, a terracotta tiled roof and a small but cute bar.
    Start with the Three Chip Nachos a a unique take on the Mexican favourite. The chips a crispy and crunchy a are the size of naans, and arranged neatly on the sides of the bowl, with the toppings making up the centre. You break the chips and scoop up the topping before biting into it. Make sure you go all the way to the bottom to get to the cheese.
    The pork sliders are also a great way to get started. The bread, made in-house, is pink thanks to an infusion of beetroot puree (the buns for the vegetarian sliders are made with spinach puree, weare told). We thoroughly enjoyed the soft bread, the perfectly cooked pulled pork with sweet red cabbage, cheese and crunchy lettuce, accompanied with a generous helping of fries.
    If youare looking for something supremely decadent, opt for the pork ribs. Cooked with soy, honey, garlic, and a dash of coriander for six hours, before being glazed with Hoisin and chilli sauce, the meat was so tender, it was literally falling off the bone.
    Spanning cuisines including English, Malaysian, Australian, French and Italian, the menu is comprehensive and has something for everyone. The Gnocchi is a must-try if youare looking to dig into something other than the usual suspects, such as a pasta or pizza. Here, the dumplings are made with potato and flour and served with a smooth oven-roasted pumpkin and bechamel sauce with goats cheese and almond flakes.
    Round off your meal with something from the dessert section. We sampled the apple crumble served with gingerbread, vanilla ice cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. The pastry was crisp and cooked through, holding the filling in place. The aromatic gingerbread was a nice touch and worked well with the dish.

    Rs 850++ for two.
