Things get complicated when her new lover dies during their sexual encounter. Carrie Fisher, who has a supporting role in the film, is best known for her role as Princess Leia in the Star Wars Trilogy.

The two join Team X, a team of mutants, but trouble comes when James wants to leave. Hugh Jackman and Liev Schreiber performed many of their own stunt scenes in this film.

With close to no intimacy between the two, Tom turns to pornography and other women, while Rebecca is toying with the idea of sleeping with her younger co-star. Director-writer Bart Freundlich is married to Moore, and some think that aspects of the film are modelled on their relationship.
