    Ten days dedicated toA�the great Indian wedding A�with Trousseau Week

    ack with its fourth edition, Trousseau Week endeavours to meet all your wedding needs under one sprawling roof. From the countrya��s most wanted wedding planners to city-based florists and a Tarun Tahiliani special showcase bejewelled by AS Motiwala, Uzma Irfan and her team compile a look book for brides and grooms. a�?I want to bring all of India to us so our brides and grooms dona��t have to travel across the country to find exactly what they want,a�? says Irfan of the event that has upped its ante with each edition.
    The big kickoff

    buylead4The week-long extravaganza begins with an invite-only showcase of The Collectiona��s (UB Citya��s in-house brands) best with a Tarun Tahiliania��s show-stopper from his latest bridal wear collection. Choreographed by Marc Robinson, the Opening Night show will bring together some of the biggest designer and couture brands in the country. The mall will also have a theme of Emerald Gold running through. a�?We pick the most trending colour of the year for our theme and incorporate it into the entire venue,a�? shares Irfan.

    On the cards
    Over the course of the next ten days, Trousseau Week will host lounges featuring top-of-the-line wedding planners like Dinaz from Goa, Krafted Knots, 3D Design & Decor, Wow Weddings and the Taj Group of Hotels with their repertoire of destination and customised weddings titled, Timeless Weddings as well as Florists like Ferns & Petals who specialise in exotic flora and exquisite arrangements. For those exclusively customised favours and give-aways, there is Amande and Bite Me Cupcakes, while all your electronic needs are met by Harman Kardon and Pro Fx and decor is provided by Villeroy & Boch and Oma. a�?What we are trying to do is provide enough options for each stage of wedding planning from invitation to favours and decorations to the honeymoon. Even for the new home you move into after,a�? Irfan enthuses.

    Ita��s not just the guests who have a lot to offer. In-house representatives from Estee Lauder to Corneliani provide a plethora of activities, discounts and workshops. a�?Creating the electric, vibrant feel of the event are our in-house brands with something happening in every corner of UB City.
